Warranty

All of our brands offer a warranty, however since we are working with multiple great brands they vary slightly. Below is a list of all of our brands and their respective warranty:

• FANTIC Bikes: Revi Bikes offers a 2 year comprehensive warranty includes electric system and battery pack  from the date you receive your bike. Contact us at sales@raderides.com with the problem you have with your bike. Replacement parts will be sent to you free of charge if necessary and guidance will be provided to make sure that you can solve the problem ASAP.

Return Policy

• Damaged Items: Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage you should make note of it when signing for delivery.  If your item(s) do arrive damaged, please send photos to sales@raderides.com and we will process an insurance claim on your behalf.
• Cancellations and Refunds:  If you order has been shipped and received, you (the buyer) will also be responsible for actual return shipping charges. Refunds will only be issued to the original credit card that you use when placing your order.
