Release of Liability

SERIOUS INJURY MAY RESULT FROM YOUR PARTICIPATION IN  ACTIVITES FROM PRODUCTS SOLD BY RADERIDES.COM. RECREATION ACCESSORY DESIGN, LLC CANNOT GUARANTEE YOUR SAFETY.

  1. I acknowledge and understand that participation in the Activity's and use of products sold including E-Bikes, E-Scooters, and E-Skateboards, and E-Skateboard Conversion Kits. carries inherent risks of property damage, personal injury and death. The risks can be caused by terrain, temperature, weather, equipment, vehicular traffic, personal fitness and riding experience (or lack thereof), personal over-exuberance, negligence or carelessness, and actions of other people.

  2. I acknowledge and agree that this Liability Waiver Agreement is a legally binding document, and will be used by Rad E-Rides (including its partners, representatives, officers and employees) to govern my participation in this Activity.

  3. I declare that I am a physically fit and experienced board rider, who has sufficient training and preparation to participate in this Activity, and have not been advised to not participate by any qualified medical professionals. I certify that there are no health-related reasons which preclude my participation in this Activity.

  4. I acknowledge and agree that Rad E-Rides has given me complete freedom to participate in this Activity to the extent I choose. I acknowledge and agree that I am not obliged to perform any movements, stunts or riding techniques that I do not freely wish to perform; and that I am free to cease my participation in this Activity at any time.

  5. In consideration of the above, I hereby assume all risks of participating in this Activity.

  6. I hereby WAIVE, RELEASE and DISCHARGE Recreation Accessory Design LLC from any and all liabilities in the event I sustain personal injury, disability, death or property damage.

  7. I hereby HOLD HARMLESS and SHALL NOT SUE Rad E-Rides (including its partners, representatives, officers and employees) from any and all claims made as a result of my participation in this Activity.

  8. I hereby consent to receive medical treatment which may be deemed appropriate in the event of an accident during my participation in this Activity, and to bear the cost of such treatment.
